From 1994 till Now: 30+ years of amazing success
Opened the first Innova Pharmacy in Riyadh.
Launched a new distribution unit.
Reached 100 retail pharmacies milestone.
Launched the new Innova identity, logo, and store design for a more competitive and enjoyable customer experience.
Alkhabeer Capital joined as a distinguished business partner by acquiring a majority stake (56.25%), enhancing Innova’s financial and business position in retail pharmacy market.
Tamer Group and Cigalah Group became shareholders (12.5% each), bringing additional retail expertise and regional reach. Established the Private Label unit to provide customers with high-quality healthcare and support wellbeing products.
Launched the new ERP system enabling seamless integration of all operations. Relaunched the e-commerce unit. Opened the first discounted store. Innova exceeded 200 pharmacies across Saudi Arabia.
Launched CRM, relaunched Rabeh Loyalty program. Unleashed the potential of the Insurance Business Unit. Developed a five-year roadmap targeting 500 stores by 2030.
